Risk-reducing field support
When you’re switching fluids or correcting instability, the risk isn’t theoretical; it’s downtime, scrap, and wasted labor. Eastern helps reduce that risk by validating the application, preparing the system correctly, and staying engaged after implementation to ensure performance stays stable.
Application analysis, system cleanout & recharge
We begin with an application analysis. Then we clean and prepare the system properly before recharge, so the new fluid performs as intended and the sump stays stable longer.
Typical cleanout approach: system cleanout using an approved sump/system cleaner (ex: ExcelClean 503); removal of old coolant, chips/fines, and residue using proper equipment; recharge with the best-fit metalworking fluid and target concentration setup.
